We exist to change that. As a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant office, we help self-represented individuals throughout California navigate their legal matters with confidence, clarity, and dignity.

Tyler Brewer is the owner of By The People®, where he has provided professional legal document preparation and divorce coaching since 2009 to individuals and families navigating some of life's most difficult transitions.
With a calm, compassionate approach and a strong understanding of family-related challenges, Tyler offers non-attorney support focused on clarity, organization, and empowerment. His goal is to help every client feel heard, prepared, and confident as they move forward.
Tyler brings a well-rounded background of education, training, and real-world experience to his work - ensuring every client receives professional, accurate, and thoughtful document preparation.
